went 3 for 4 with a single, double & homer. Won 16-2
Game 2 (freezing cold) -
went 2 for 3 with a single & double. Won 6-3
Game 3 -
went 1 for 3 with a single. Lost 22-7
Game 4 -
went 4 for 4 with a double & 3 singles. Lost 27-14
Game 5 -
went 3 for 3 with all singles. Won 13-12
Game 6 -
went 1 for 1 with a double. Lost 9-1
Game called due to lightening right before his 2nd at bat!!
Game 7 -
went 0 for 2. Lost 17-0
Game 8 -
went 3 for 3 with a single, double & triple. Lost 7-2
Game 9 -
went 4 for 4 & hit for the cycle!! Won 23-20
Game 10 -
other team had to forfiet so they scrimmaged
then his daddy took him to Texas Roadhouse. WIN
Game 11 -
went 4 for 4 with 2 singles, triple & a homer. Won 15-4
Game 12 -
went 1 for 4 with a single. Won 18-16
Game 13 -
went 3 for 4 with 2 singles & a double. Lost 22-15
Game 14 -
went 4 for 4 with a home run & 3 doubles. Won 22-7
Tournament Game 2 -
went 2 for 3 with 2 doubles. Lost 14-13
*Boston missed game 1 of his tournament because he was dehydrated & had a little spat of heat exhaustion. He slept for almost 24 hours straight minus the time he was up getting ready for his game that he threw up all of his water he drank on the way there just before the team took the field, so he didn't play & went home and back to bed!!*
Tournament Games 3 & 4 -
Game 3: went 4 for 4 with a single, double & 2 triples. Won 24-9
Game 4: went 2 for 3 with a triple & homer. Lost 25-19
South-side Smith finished their regular season 7-6-1 & 2-2 in the tourney.
During Boston's 3rd game of the tournament, he was "recruited" to play on a 7yr old traveling team this Fall for St. Joe Smoke. He is sooooo pumped to be headed to the big leagues :)

Game 7 -
went 1 for 2 with a single. Lost 8-6
Game 8 -
went 0-2. Won 5-3
Game 9 -

Game 10 -
went 0 for 1. Lost 10-2
Tournament game 1 & 2 -
Game 1: went 1 for 2 with a double. Lost 2-0
Game 2: went 0 for 3. Lost 7-2
Madi also got the chance to pitch in one of the games.
She did pretty well for her first attempt at pitching in a game!!
She had one strike out & didn't hit anyone
(which is a pretty big deal, as pretty much someone gets hit almost every inning!)
D&R Tigers finished their regular season 8-2 & 0-2 in the tourney.
**all stats aren't entirely accurate as the kids think that whatever base they make it to after they hit is what they got instead of base on errors ;) **

Boston made a friend while he was there that he went to the batting cages & played with one night. While he was with him, Boston told the mom that he was going to play baseball for K-State and then get "drifted" aka drafted to the pros!
