New To Blogging . . . . & SOOOO extremely lost!!

OK, so I'm going to try this whole blog thing.  I've been wanting to do it for a while so that I can keep track of all the incredibly insane things my children do & say.  So far, I am completely overwhelmed by this whole process.  I don't understand the backgrounds, collages, how to add pictures, I'm really not even sure how to post this, except that there is a button at the bottom that says "publish post", so I'm going to use my deductive reasoning skills & say, that's what I push ;)  Amy Hall has graciously sent me some links to help me out, but I am still LOST.
